SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1 All pieces are handmade to order in Berlin, Germany, so we ask for up to 21 working days for production following the day after the submission to MARIE LOUISE VOGT of the order by the customer. Please email for any urgent delivery requests.

2 The order will be dispatched between Monday and Friday, excluding local and national holidays and festivities.

3 All pieces will be shipped from Berlin, Germany, to the delivery address given by the customer.

4 Shipping costs are a subject to be fully covered by the customer. MARIE LOUISE VOGT is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied to international shipments. Please be advised, that it is your responsibility to pay custom duties and taxes that may apply upon shipping to your destination country. MARIE LOUISE VOGT does not offer refunds for orders that are returned due to unpaid import duties. The customer will be charged for the return shipping costs.

5 Shipping times are estimates and we cannot refund for packages lost in transit. MARIE LOUISE VOGT is not liable for unforeseen delays. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
